We add product dimensions to each hire item, so that, for example, if I add 10x 5’6ft round tables the system will know exactly how much space this will take up inside the useable area of the tent. The system will even factor in the chair space required around the tables.
There are many ways we ensure stock is correctly managed. But the 2 most common are adjusting the loading list & stock rules. Stock rules automate stock management. One example of a stock rule would be each time a clear ceiling panel is added to a quote the same qty of PVC roofs are removed from the picking list.
